The NJ Thunder trains out of our own 43,000 sqft, state of the art softball facility built for and by the NJ Thunder.  It is equipped with 7 hitting lanes, 4 equipped with Hittrax (https://www.hittrax.com), Flightscope (https://softball.flightscope.com), ProBatter for realistic live hitting (https://probatter.com), modern pitching machines (https://sportsattack.com/softball), strength & conditioning center (https://proteusmotion.com), and a full infield.  All Thunder Players receive memberships to the facility to train 24/7.

In addition to unlimited use of the facility for hitting, throwing, pitching, drilling, etc.., Thunder National can expect the following:

- Weekly Hitting Practice With Dedicated Staff

- Weekly Defense Practice With Dedicated Staff

- Pitching and Catching Bullpen Sessions with Dedicated Staff

- Mindset Sessions

- Metric/Data based tracking

- Recruiting and Metric Profile Services with Dedicated Staff

- 12+ Fall and Summer Recruiting Tournaments (Split between National and Regional Tournaments)
